Chief Business Officer

Ash joins Tentarix Biotherapeutics as Chief Business Officer. He was most recently a Partner at Pivotal bioVentures, where he focused on company creation and early‐stage venture investments.

Previously, he co-founded Vaxcyte Inc. (Nasdaq: PCVX) and served as Chief Business Officer, leading corporate strategy, capital raises and business development activities, including licensing and collaborations. Before moving into an operating role, Ash was a Principal at SV Health Investors and began his career as a scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Ash received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from The Wharton School. He is also a co-inventor of Onglyza™.
